The "don't want to meet in public" would probably turn me off right away, and any LE thought would not be the only reason. Not even the first or second reason. I certainly understand discretion, but that can be worked around to a high degree. So WHY the "no public" fear? It does not help her safety, so I would start to think about my own.

Just me. I am a bit paranoid at times, but it has largely kept me safe.
