I guess that's the new screening process. Probably a hard no for most of us. Offered to drive there, show all in person, and set up a meeting the next time. But that wasn't acceptable either.

They are very selective with who they let it. The setting is in a private apartment where you need to be buzzed in. They don’t want just anyone coming in and drawing attention.

Sure I understand that, but just because someone has a LinkedIn profile (possibly one they made up with totally random connections) and a drivers license, that doesn't necessarily mean your a decent person. Being respectful, showing ID at the location, provider references are much more effective in my opinion. And safer for us.

I get that, however the way this location works you have to be buzzed in. So if someone is lying or is not who they want to see they can’t turn them away. There are other apartments on the floor… Glad I got in in the beginning. I wouldn’t want to provide all of that stuff either but u understand why they do.

Very true, and lucky you. I've even offered to send a $ or $$ gift card in advance, meet at a coffee shop nearby, show any ID, linkedin page, etc as needed, and if we're both comfortable, move on to private time.
