This has always been the case for those areas. Generally, even the better known spas only get a review or two every couple of months. Because I travel the tri-state a lot and have been around a long time, I have been able to get a general knowledge of the area. But with all the new spas popping up, TOFTT seems to be more likely. I have rarely had a bad session anywhere, and when I TOFTT it is often a good experience. Part of the excitement of mongering. If guys use this site for info, they should write a review. Help each other with intel.
I took almost a 30 year break from US AMPs - travelled overseas a lot so was no need to visit more risky (hit/miss) US locations. European girls don't play games - you know what you get for what price and it is all bluntly spelled out. Now I am just starting to get back into it and was thinking about the WB/Scranton area and opportunities I may be missing up there. My sugar baby is also very economical and I see her at least weekly, so it again leaves me with less of a desire to TOFTT, but I would if I needed to 
Somewhat related to @scubatoo 's comment, I find I like the experience of going into a new place once in a while. Just this week, 3 of my local regulars all happened to be busy when I wanted a massage, so I went to a 4th place and tried someone new. In Central PA, with few exceptions you don't know what you're going to get unless the spa or provider has been well-reviewed. This spa has been barely mentioned. There's an excitement to lying down on the massage table and waiting to see what happens with someone new. What happened was a terrific TM from a very attractive lady, followed by an excellent ST with puppy play. This was more satisfying to my adolescent side than the 10th or 20th session of DATY and bbbj would have been with one of my regulars.
