For sure. No one would ask for such a deposit; do not let your smaller head do the thinking on this one.

I’m not a TER member, but the preview reviews sound fake, basically way too good to be true. They don’t read like real reviews which are almost never gushing.

research her by checking if she has any reviews. if they ask for $$$ up front then yes it a scam. the only exception is if you know the provider is legit having many positive reviews in the past and you seen her before.

There's some countries where agencies take money up front to be sure you are legit, like in Thailand where I was arranging for 2 weeks of a specific girl. But never seen in USA.
Indies I have only given girls I already know money ahead as a favor to them when they are broke. Like I give her money now to pay bills, and I get a discount in 2 weeks when I see her. But never ever give a girl you don't know money first.
