i was at a chinese ktv couple weeks ago and the bill costed us 3000, not including tipping the girl and mms.
we exchanged wechat and seeing her on the side with dinners and movies, so far no sex, just kissing and hugs. i wil see next week if any sex or i will drop her.
ceo is above picnic garden on northern blvd if anybody wants to go

Thank you to Shibsaeggi for the information. So let's do some basic rough estimate for cost, (just for the night out of karaoke room, girl and drinks).
$250 estimate for the bottle.
$100 per hour or one flat fee for the girl's company?
$100 for the madam/house fee? Assuming there is a house/madam fee?

Are we roughly talking $500-$600 for a night of private room karaoke singing, a cute young girl's company and bottle service?

I am itching to try a Korean karaoke room, haven't been to one in years. I am Korean but my Korean is shit.

Well, a few months later, her and her partner sold the business. So if you do go to any room salon, please check your receipt before signing it.

Yeah it’s about $250 -$300 for the bottle. And tip is flat fee. Usually 100 for the girl and $100 for madam. Sometimes if you get two bottles they charge $50 extra for the girl and madam.

If anyone decides to go, I recommend apple tree on 162nd. Girls are always solid and a little younger Imo than ceo. I recall prices at apple tree being a little more favorable than ceo. I forgot to mention that food comes with each bottle. They have the fruit platters or you can ask for the fried appetizer combo (fries, chicken, moz sticks )

You can also request the male waiters to go buy some stoges. Pretty much your errand boy for the night. What I dislike is that sometimes, the girls waste alcohol and dump it into the ice buckets. Waiters come in pretty often to switch the ice bucket so beware. I used to frequent these places so they knew not to throw the alcohol out

I'd like to try but I want to make sure to bring enough cash. So I buy a bottle of booze for $400, and then chill in the room until the bottle runs out? Get the girls' numbers and meet arrange something later. Do I understand that right or do you have to rent the room or something? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply and total cost estimate and for the recommendation towards Apple Tree on 162nd st. Will consider it. Anyone wanna consider a wing-man to visit sometime??? lulz.

So basically close to $500 just for the privilege of POTENTIALLY being able to have BBFS with a 25 year old Korean girl....

There just has to be a more efficient way....

Room salons aren’t the same concept as escorts. When you go to a room salon, you’re not going with the full expectation of sex. You’re going to have a good time while you drink.

But, yes if you’re going with the intention of sex. Then yes it’s not guaranteed and no it is likely it will be covered.

What I mean is...

It's too much upfront cost given that you don't even know if the girl will have sex with you OUTSIDE or not.

If it was pretty much GUARANTEED then I'd say there may be some value in the protocol.

I agree if you're looking to score from an individual perspective. However, these are valued more for its socialization aspect. Especially among Korean Businessmen trying to forge a better relationship. The mongering part is secondary then.

If it's on the company dime and tax deductible (equivalent to taking client to baseball game with VIP seats) then by all means....

But for the average working Joe the ROI just isn't there

Just want to clarify the distinction. But sometimes, it's not on the company's dime. It's common in Asian culture for Dept Managers to do this out of their pocket as a form of Team Building.

At least we agree on the personal perspective.

A much better team building excercise would be to spend that same $1-2k on 2 high quality escorts

Nope. That's not the Asian way. But if you offered that as a work incentive, I'm sure you'll have plenty of happy American workers. Albeit mostly males.
