I would suggest having trusted members send you a PM. You can read their reviews and judge their character to see if they are the type of customer your UTR would want.
Sending every Tom, Dick, and Harry there may have unwanted consequences. When a good review goes up here a lot of guys will flock there in the next few days. Increase in traffic may not look good with the neighbors.
It is a tricky situation, you want to help, but controled growth is better than a monsoon.
