Regulars are people who have visited an org multiple times in a certain period already.

If you are new to them and they are not taking in new customers, you are out of luck.

They aren't taking new customers now, but you could try building up a rapport with other orgs. (Skylink, WaterSnake, Laura's)
If you're reliable, they may vouch for you. And Diana's may consider you. Got to pay your dues Mr Member less than a month.
