Sorry should clarify he did the deed got all the upgrades, then rushed out without paying. Robbed meaning stole service. There was some talk Yuki and another girl was attacked by this guy but turns out he was just rough with Yuki. The other girl, Kanna, was another incident not sure what happened there she’s not telling the staff

I remember this incident. It wasn’t only Kim who punched the guy out. Some girls who were working that day came to Kim’s aid and forced him out.
