And that's the problem with this place-- the lack of consistent quality.
Please don't talk about tips either because there were 2 girls here that were holding this place down very well and always got the same money or a little better. The problem was they were the only two girls working constantly.

It’s competition and it is about the tips. HAG opening impacted this place with better service and much better tips. Opened NJ girls’ eyes to what they can upcharge to NJ guys.

I disagree. Its the professionalism of management, the sense of security working there with the place being like Fort Knox, The Cleanliness and Atmosphere of the Spa and the no negotiation guaranteed tip amount that makes it a more attractive place to work.
Some of you guys act like the girls are getting the full fee. In reality, the house fee is much higher, as it should be because the place is pretty much 5 Star and the girls only make a little more than they would be making anywhere else when they are tipped appropriately in line with their looks, performance and level of service they are providing.

I applaud you for powering through a rough session. I most likely would have walked if I had my eyes on one girl and was presented with the one you ended up TOFTT. But I can also understand making a long drive and having to settle for someone else.
