HAG will raise service level for places in the area as well as price. Owner changed the Gfe scene in nyc years ago and she’s gonna do it for NJ also.

I've been to "Young's" 2 x's last month and once this month and never paid more then $.2. Maybe a few of you need to learn how to negotiate. The word "No" is a great way to start the process. If that doesn't work start getting dressed. I agree if the provider go's above and beyond another .2 should be considered after the the session and if you have a big smile on your face. If you have deep pockets and don't mind paying prices that rival gas prices just say OK and enjoy, don't complain. Just saying

I think some of you are under the impression that these girls are employees. They are not. They are independent contractors. They are free to ask whatever they want and we are free to pay whatever we want. Bottom line, the service will be commensurate with the donation. If they find that they are not being tipped what they feel they deserve, they move on. Right now there is also a shortage of quality girls, especially with all the spas that have been opening up. I know a handful of Spas struggling to find quality girls to work and even harder to keep them.

Agreed. My point is that donation levels have risen remarkably quickly when the menu has not changed. If these independent contractors insist on these rates, they will be left with a steady but small clientele list.

In the past 3 or 4 years or so that I have been in CNJ, a 140 to 160 tip has always been the norm for excellent full menu service with a quality girl.

My first time out a tipped a girl 120 at a very popular location in Bridgewater for an hour massage and the girl then told me if I was to come back that I should see a different girl. I later learned that just a few dollars extra made all the difference in the world.
