None of them are chinese run. The 1st office with door open is about 4-5 woman(Spanish) sitting at desks, then past the nail/hair parlor (also look like latinas) ...reception area open to the hallway. I passed one women going in (common hallway restrooms) and then another leaving. I don't really care, but the tenants must know whats up....men coming (lol) and going all day long.

Going back many years, Michele ran the place there was a very attractive young girl, I think it might have been Rachel.
She started working for a dentist in NY, but Michele talked her into working for her on her day off.
She was applying for citizenship and after my session, if they weren’t busy I stayed and helped her study. She did pass, told me they only asked one or two questions.
She later met a guy and they both went back to China, go figure after all that.

There is a new spa-like business with a Chinese owner about midway down the hallways that I’ve awkwardly run into at the deadend communal bathroom just outside YLA.
I thought that businesses having people going to and from this restroom was not great but this week was even worse as two white office ladies were hanging out in the hallway and had folding chairs in their respective open doorways. I got a quizzical look from both of them as they parted to let me exit. On top of that a leo suv was parked just outside the door onto the street. All just a coincidence I’m sure but still it all gave me pause.

I was there on Thursday. LEO was parked outside the place as well. I looked into the car there were nobody in it. I went inside and the first office on the left had woman standing at the door. Give me a death stare. I kept on walking. When I left the session and went pass the same office now the woman is sitting on her chair and gave me another death stare.

I hear you, but I'm sick and tired of this cat and mouse crap. I've gotten menacing calls from three different providers and LEOs in two different counties. Yet the providers continue to do business with me, and the LEOs have yet to press charges against me.
Why is that? Money, plain and simple. The providers keep making money, the LEOs keep getting their paychecks, some even getting kickbacks on the side (don't fool yourself into thinking that LEOs in towns like Con-Ed and EW aren't aware of MASSIVE provider presence, they'd have to be deaf, dumb, and blind). Not to mention the legal viability, e.g. Robert Kraft got a cake walk for visiting Orchids of Asia.
If this was Europe, there would be a huge neon sign lit 24/7 saying "this is what we do here", and those office workers wouldn't dare stare you down, if anything you would be staring them down.
Either shut them all down or leave them all open, but either way stop harassing customers.
