I agree. 60 is for more than the usual. I know a lot of guys disagree. I only give higher if i plan to be back anytime in the next month or two. Very generous as a regular. Its an investment

If one isn't planning on returning to an establishment or just testing the waters, I can understand tipping $40.

BUT if you really are a regular, I would go with 60. That extra $20 is a worthwhile investment for a girl I see often and gives me consistent service that I enjoy.

I agree. 60 is standard. Ive had regular places I went 80-100 because i knew i was coming back. But i cant find a provider worth that lately.

For sure 60 is baseline. Better is more, worse is less, all the way to no tip. I understand the argument "I will give 60 if dot dot dot," but if you intend to return to a place, you build you YMMV points by having 60 as baseline, even displaying that there is more, but they did not get it this time. Next time, YMMV points are redeemed, yada yada yada, BBJ at European Waxing Center. If you visit and she performs the normal routine nothing above or below average, and give 40, she knows you are not worth her going above in the future. Women who accidentally go to our spas tip 20 for good service, and the girls HATE THEM coming into the shop for this reason. For 40, you're just a cut above a lady at a mens' place. Work that YMMV game!

Only twice have i ever not tipped. Both were upselling me to longer sessions and four hand teasing then announced all done with time left and no finish (one offered diy ) i paid the upsells for my service. Then left. When asked i told them why and never returned.
Others ive spoiled. One even gave tip back and said its on the house because I always over tipped and was there Weekly

Google some of the spas that we go to and read the reviews. Good entertainment. I love the women who talk about how generous they were after a 20% tip ($12.00) and wonder why the provider did not seem to appreciate it.
