So it's 60 for the massage and 40 for tip? I walk by there a lot but never tried them. Saw a couple that caught my eye. Are they good for just a HE? Never done a FH before sorry for the noob questions

Forget about the massage nonsense, that's a FH
Just offer her 100 for everything and spell it out so she understands
I have been there twice and never paid more than 100
The place is pretty spacious, especially the back room
