As for pharma products, I have always had very, very good results with a capsule I found on Amazon called Avail-X. I went there searching for a substitute for my all-time fave Vitalikor, after the original formulation was taken off the market in I think 2014. Many Amazon reviewers mentioned Avail-X as the closest they could find, so I tried it and have been *very* happy with it since. The supplier is something called Diamond Entertainment, about whom I could find nothing. It's a capsule, not a pill, so it's probably not "herbal." I really have no clue what's in it or why it works miracles, but it does.
This all may sound a bit shady, but I've been taking Avail-X since 2014 with no ill effects, only good ones. For me at least, the effects of one capsule last three, sometimes four, days. The only down side for me is that it takes four hours to kick in, and you shouldn't eat during that time, so it's hard to be spontaneous. But with a little advance planning (and dieting), you can really have a good time.
