Just an FYI that making an appointment doesn't guarantee they're gonna keep that time for you. I've seen it too many times - whether it's because they don't care or another customer walks in and says "oh yeah, that was ME that made the appointment for 1pm!"

I've seen that before too at other spots. I think it's the fact that they don't want to lose out on the $$, so they try to squeeze them into the schedule and have the person who made the appointment wait a "few extra" minutes. It turns into a trickle down effect for anyone else who may come that day. They also try to pass you off to someone else who isn't busy at the moment.
Few minutes = 20 minutes or more

Amy looks a little older. I'm not good with guessing ages on Asians as some can be deceiving with their good genes and makeup. No gilfs as far as what I saw. Amy might be a milf. But then again, as I stated before, looks can be deceiving.
