Agreed. I'm early 30's and I didn't have any redbulls (don't drink it honestly lol), I just had a bagel and snapple that morning. (My own fault, as of course doing any type of exercise or exertion on such very limited nourishment is a recipe for disaster). I've gone to the gym and did cardio before without eating/drinking much prior and that was a certified mistake. And I have gotten *mildly* light-headed before after sex, but I did notice it was also on days I either ate very little or very poorly, so I had to change that up. Waaaaaay back long ago when I was young, stupid and didn't workout as much, I remember once I ate a bacon egg & cheese for breakfast then when to bangout a girl I was semi-seeing shortly after before work (and that's when I learned it was very idiotic to eat something so high in fat/calories before having sex, same way it'd be completely stupid to eat that then hit up Planet Fitness 5 minutes later). Of course you *never* stuff yourself full of food before exercise or exertion of any kind, but you should eat enough so you at least have enough fuel in you, never want to engage when your tank is on or near empty. Pair that alongside with it being a hot day and then immediately jumping into a steamy shower without much relief time after the session and that was a clear Game Over. Starting to learn even in this hobby/sex life in general eating/drinking properly is a must. You really do have to treat that the same way you would going to the gym or working out in general. I do concur with what you and the other posters have said though, it's good to just get yourself checked out/examined no matter your age range, even if you're in your 20's.
