I think this is a fake review. I go by Tokyo everyday to get on the El at 11th. Its been locked up tight since Covid started. Trust me I have always been curious about this one and try the door every time I walk bye. The number is also disconnected. I just tried it again put of boredom.

Hemlockboy - You are wrong, or maybe there is another AMP called Tokyo Spa at 11th street. The AMP I reviewed was at 9th street (920 or 922 Arch), 2nd floor. It was open.
