PPA has this awesome app called meterUp you can add time to the meter from your phone from virtually anywhere! Would’ve worked really well in your situation, just a heads up!!

The new kiosk system in Philly is absurd. You are practically forced to use the app. One kiosk per f*ckin block. Elderly folks and handicapped folks are screwed without that app.

Many elderly do not even use phone apps, and cannot see the small letters. We just run out with our middle leg hanging out, add an hour, and run back to AMP. People laughing all the way.......

I’ve always said PPA are one of the cities biggest extortionist! Modern day mafia hands down they literally create money out of nothing! I don’t know what’s worse big banks or the PPA..

True story. Last week at Reading Terminal. No lie, 10 minutes to jump the hoops at the kiosk. Either the keypad wasn't sensitive enough or wouldnt enter correct key when struck. Finally 2 hrs of time accepted. Along comes PPA and says there's nothing showing for that license plate. GTFOH! Cost me an add'l $5. We're at their mercy! Note to self...get receipt next time.

You can take your receipt to PPA, even do it online now, and they will void the ticket. Typically, that's what I've done and had success doing. Good hunting and mongering!

Best place to park is the lot on 10th other side if vine. It’s cheap and if your only 2 hours they will give us a deal.
Not crowded- your cars safe,etc

I miss the days back when you could rip a business card into like 6 pieces take a nickel and just shove the whole thing into the meter, the “out of order” indicator would pop up like something out of a cartoon... Also this is an interesting and great review thank you OP.

Correct number. I just don't think they are open continuously. Seems to depend on provider availability? I think Chinese girls locally are reluctant with C-19?

If this is the same Rebecca who I saw there last year she has a beautiful face to go with a great body and GFE willingness,AAMP quality babe imo if she just gains experience. She is sometimes on call as she lives close by so it sounds like its her. Just YMMV it seems on the face evaluation lol.

Tokyo spa even pre-covid doesn’t have consistent hours like Saigon and Thai beauty down the street.
I can’t imagine tokyo being open every day during this pandemic.
