I said what I needed to in regards to that . I was asked a question so I answered it . In reality your small business is not the same as SW . I’m also a small business owner and a landlord , I handle each business differently . Just giving my point of view because I was asked how do I do it . I am happy with this business because I don’t make myself uncomfortable for a dollar . That’s the freedom of being indie as I get to pick and choose who I see .
Let’s be honest I’m one of the more open minded providers out here . He asked how am I able to do it , and I find the work enjoyable for the most part I’ve had some really dope experiences and made some really nice friends .

Whereby you are a landlord and a small business person , perhaps you should entertain getting a booker to weed out the assholes - lots of indies , most have a booker .

There is another crazy on here who , lately states he likes to choke women and facefuck them till they choke - he also enjoys placing a plastic bag over a women’s head - nice guy huh - the Craig’s list killer the Gilgo Beach guy they just arrested - a booker can shield you from a lot of that . I’d say think it. over things have gotten violent out there
Me I don’t go to rented rooms - I don’t need bedbugs , roaches or some disease - I like it nice and clean - at he 450 rate I get a gal with a boutique beautiful apartment that they clearly live in . But that’s me . Have fun

Simple. Because she’s getting lawyer money for a bed on the floor. I’m not disparaging her but most girls enter this business because their real world skills and options are limited. Call it hazard pay, but millions of people around the world do dirty, nasty , filthy jobs that others wouldn’t dream of, and do them for peanuts. Put 100lbs on your back and help someone climb Mt. Everest… or charge some nasty schlep big bucks to spread ‘em. What a stupid point to make.

Even if that’s partially true in the beginning I know a lot of women who use SW as a foundation to build on . I know girls who have put themselves through law school , some Ivy League .. some just monetize off of their promiscuity… some have vices to feed .. Don’t

I don’t have all the answers - but I have been around the block and at more than double your age consider it more age advice than having all the answers
