Most of us guys know the name of this spa. But someone wanting to visit that is not familiar with this location may want to know the name.
The response I am expecting is search the phone number, fair enough. But I like to do less work not more. It is just a simple request to include the spa name somewhere in the review even if you feel more comfortable putting it under the Private Details section.
