No, TS is not required. I met with Tasha and only did a stand up shower as the TS on my prior visits killed way too much time. So I opted out. One TS seemed to last forever with Lucky....water, soap, scrub, rinse, than again. Same thing on the flip. Add in slip and slide time, it seemed to last at least 15 or 20 minutes.

I always take shower before I go for same reason as well as for my own satisfaction because I use my own nice shampoos and spray after shower which gets noticed by provider.
