I think that you are spot on about Linda's age. Funny, she dyed her hair (I guess to color the gray coming in) and managed to make herself look even older. I can't figure how Linda and Choi can offer next to nothing in terms of extras while working beside Suzie and even Jenny. I guess they just handle the overflow or management felt it necessary to hire a couple of older women with A cups. Haha!

Good point but this is still the noisiest (is that a word?) spa I have ever been in. With Jenny yelling in the small hallway, Suzie yapping, the door bell and phone ringing nonstop - it can be a real challenge to relax.
I remember pre covid and going to BCT in Scotch Plains. There were often 4 girls working every day and they needed it. Can't tell you how many times the MMS would be having a conversation with 2-3 girls at once as they were working on mongers (I can imagine the girls saying "this guy take too long", or "this guy really small", or "my arm is tired, can I take a break?" And the phone would be ringing and the door would be opening "come back in half hour, girls all busy", and the music would be blasting (that's how they kept the sounds from leaving the rooms). But yeah, some of these places like Swan, etc, can get pretty busy. The worst is when a stupid monger is on the phone asking stupid questions and not committing to an appointment or something. There was one time I took the phone from Jen and said "dude, she is busy with me right now, come by later or make an appointment and keep it and don't ask so many questions on the phone!" and she cracked up laughing.
