Thanks bro, you posted some very good intel on exercising one’s kegels
but what I’m trying to explain is that I sprayed the HIMs thinking it would arouse my dick like Cialis or Viagra instead it’s a liquid that keep your Johnson up while you’re fucking so that’s part of the reason why I didn’t finish fast enough

I've found it's to do more of the kegel part pushing blood into your dick to finish quicker. The reverse part (forcefully relaxing) helps get blood out of the dick so you don't finish as quick.

I don't think there is a spray that helps get your dick hard... I've heard of an injection that is supposed to make you feel like you are in your teens again but that is it.
