I understand that but & usually do the afternoon or evening thing & first appointments are inconvenient. I've been on a table numerous times @ a 1girl shop & a walkin is trying to convince her she needs to see him right away & maybe if he talks louder spa girl will understand. I just choose not to put myself in that position with so many other options available & Ruby doesn't answer the phone during a session but most 1 girl shops do.
