I forgot to mention a couple things. The place is new looking, well kept, and immaculate inside. The MMS is kinda hot. Tall and thin and pretty. And they did hand me a card on the way out.

Was there any place to park besides the streets?

No parking other than the streets. I got there super late and I had to go around the block twice to find a space. So parking is definitely an issue. I can’t even imagine what it’s like during the day.

Around 9pm is clear I was able to park in the front.
btw I saw Lena on Sunday and she’s awesome haha this place is super empty so it work for me had a nice time
