I just logged in to write a review about my 4h session I had there last night.. I had the opposite experience but I would be annoyed in your position too. In any event you’re right Sue is the main attraction here so far, but keep in mind today is the 5th(?) day this place has been open. I think as she works it out this place will be great.
I appreciate you trying to put a “silver lining” on this situation, and I’m sure your session was amazing with Sue (what session with Sue isn’t amazing!)... but I’ve been caught in this very same B&S from Sue in the past, and it’s just not good business. I MIGHT be able to get on board with her doing this to a new customer (since a new customer doesn’t know the “Sue” experience and therefore doesn’t know what he’s missing). But to do this to a long-time customer... that’s just wrong. Back when Sue just returned to 1041, I booked a session with her, and re-iterated on the phone that I wanted her... but when I got there, she handed me off to someone else with the guise that she’d be along later. When my girl would even give me a BBBJ, let alone CIM, I complained and demanded to see Sue. She came in and worked me over quickly until I unloaded, but I was still upset, and I’ve been questioning going back to see her ever since.
Is it really worth it to lose a customer who’s known her (and been patronizing her) since her original DDD days back in Chinatown, when she took over for Jenny? (Anyone remember those days? Lol).
