I called an made an appointment yesterday and drove in that shit weather to get there, parked in a $35 valet lot, and get over there and officer friendly is out front shooting the shit with a couple of people right jn front of the door. so I'm like, ok, I'll go around back... maybe there's a back door (ha ha) and there was, so I go up and ring the bell and no answer. called sue, she said hold on, and I did for about 10 minutes but no answer. upon leaving I actually stepped on rat in the alleyway lol
I'm not complaining and I know sue is not a flake, just a bunch of bad circumstances. at least I was still within 30 minutes in my lot so it was only 15 vs 30. I'll try again on a better day.

Better than traffic and parking at 1527 Chestnut Street. Just not walking distance from Chinatown. Subway top on Broad, right there.

I have to drive either way, so makes no difference, during the day I'll bet parking is available on the side streets. After 6 pm it may be fucked.
