Yeah, I'll be the voice of reason. I think 1.0 tip for what they do is great. They make more per hour than a doctor. And believe me, the ones who don't go "above and beyond" don't say "Yeah, my services aren't worth more than hers." They say "She got 1.2? I should get 1.2!" And eventually no one's working for less than 1.2. That's reality. But I've accepted at this point.

I feel you on that statement about the girls saying my services are as good as hers, I should get 1.2, but!!!!! If you punch the card and see one girls name on there like crazy and mongers walk out when they hear the girls that are available. Then some of those girls gotta know it’s not just a beauty pageant. It’s cause some providers are making their extra tips based off service.

You’re probably right. But if business is slow, hoping the fall back will still be at .6/1.
