Yeah I was just waiting for the, “ oh you keep giving them extra they are going to raise the price” I’m like I know I’m not the only one who tips for good service, and like a wise person once said on here before, they are more than happy getting .1 and anything extra makes their day. Most of them don’t expect more than the regular fee

I completely agree-you really do have to reward great service. It ensures excellent service in the future and gives them incentive. I had a blowout session today with my ATF and she got an extra 40 over standard. As long as she is willing to perform the way she did today, it's worth every penny compared to the subpar service I've been getting trying out new girls recently. Those subpar performances ensure I will never spend a dime on them again whereas my ATF keeps me coming back for more.

Totally agree that it is well worth an extra tip for great service. Yeah, it's tough on the pocketbook, but I can't do this often enough to accept mediocre service.

I live minutes away - since its close to me it's heaven and hard to justify going other places

And believe me, the ones who don't go "above and beyond" don't say "Yeah, my services aren't worth more than hers." They say "She got 1.2? I should get 1.2!" And eventually no one's working for less than 1.2. That's reality. But I've accepted at this point.

Are you referring to interns and residents? I don’t know any doctors making less than $100 an hour

When it’s too close and convenient for me, makes me lazy and grumpy. I have to work for it, that’s why I go out of my way. Although these days, close and convenient would be better to sneak away without having to come up with a 2 hr excuse versus a 1 hr excuse without travel time!
