Short term fill-ins are often money grabbers and, more often than not, hurt the reputation of a spa. They often play loose with the house rules which can lead to its own set of problems. Nikki should come back and get this place back on track............

Agree. Angie/Nikki is just what they need right now.
Because as you'll see from my next review, it got worse at my next visit (a couple days later)

Nikki needs to make a return. The service level has dropped off horribly.

Of all the masseuses I've had who are no longer available, Nikki is the one I miss the most. By far.

I've been here a few times a few years back. I would not go now knowing Nikki was no longer there. Shame. Good thing I'm not out that way much.
