I didn't mean to imply that you were rude with them, just a general comment.
And captainj had a good suggestion, to send them a message here.
Not sure you have messaging privileges here, but you can click on where ggr-ph has liked a post, and use that link to send them a message, and they will likely respond. You may need to pay for a membership or get a review approved to be able to send a private message, and it looks like you don't have any approved reviews, which could potentially be a screening issue in and of itself.
And don't worry, everybody on this Board was a rookie, so that is not a permanent impediment.
