Third, Don't go to early in the evening or afternoon. That is when vice is more likely to hit the place. Fourth, if you are worried hit up independents.

One major thing to also have, a story. About 15 years ago, I was walking to a well known spot in the city. When I was approached by LE going up the stairs. Asked me where I was going, said I was a handy man and someone opened up a ticket about a leaky faucet. LE told me that the spot was a escort service and I can not enter. I joked and said MAN now I find out about this? We laughed, I left and was on my way to another spot LOL
