Called today to make an appointment, have never been but it’s a little more convenient than trucking into Bala. I’ve been to enough places to know not to ask stupid questions, or many for that matter, but I’ve also learned how they speak with you, language barriers notwithstanding, is a big tell on what ultimately comes in customer satisfaction no matter what level of service someone is seeking. The gal who answered was short, a bit rude and evasive at the simplest of questions like ‘do I need to make an appointment?’. I really only wanted to know who was working otherwise what’s the sense of having my brethren mongers share reviews if every visit ultimately turns into going in blind? I think I’ll pass based on my ‘screening’ call.
