She's hard to understand but sounds like Apple. But you could be right, it might be April and everyone is hearing wrong.

I had a similar experience but read she is more open at other times. Could be an age/experience thing, a day by day thing, or a recent bad customer thing got her more guarded.

Pity since she is such awesome eye candy. I might give her another try on a day I'm more on my game just to make sure.
