Very nice. Unfortunately I booked an appointment (no specific girl, just with anyone) but had a work emergency yesterday and didn’t have time to go home, change and drive that far to spa. I texted I was stuck at work hoping they would understand and I could reschedule later same day. I started to frequent here every week and was spa of choice and tip a little extra so thought they would understand but nope. Received a text in broken English “you costed me money not because of your but because of your”. ..

didn’t expect that so I said ok won’t come here anymore. They didn’t care of course. I’m sure they are perfect and honored every appointment. Meh, was out of my control but yikes. Back to dream or I’ll try the new good day since your recent reviews there were excellent. Stay safe everyone and even if you’re dying, keep your appointment or they’ll turn on you quick.

Lol Work emergency. I texted as soon as I was allowed to. Only 15-20 minutes before but Sorry I can’t interrupt work emergency to text spa in the middle of it! I figured you would justify them. It’s fine, my fault. Perfect spa can do no wrong.

I'm not justifying anything. I just asked you how much time you gave them to try to fill the appointment.
15 to 20 minutes really isn't enough. These girls make as much an hour and even more than some Doctors and Lawyers.
Try cancelling with one of them with only 15 to 20 minutes notice. Chances are that you will be charged a cancellation fee, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

Learn from my mistake fellow mongers. Always predict emergencies. Do not be a garbage customer like myself. 1 strike and you are canned. Thanks for advice. Eh too late for this place, I would have paid for the hour cancellation or whatever penalty. I can’t control the universe but I ok ok, I will learn from this and be extra careful at places I’m appreciated more like dream, good day, possible others.
