I think its starting to hurt his business. Reviews and pictures were the best part of this place, I understand both sides, but unless you have $$$$ to monger every month, I don't like to take chances with my hard earned money.

I can say with certainty that Jay has spiced up the the lineup.
definitely more diverse. I think it can work to anyone's preferences . I was never a curvy kind of guy. but definitely Erica is every part of her picture. the sexiest muscles on top of a great personality. I am sure Jay is still wanting to stay UTR so let's keep this just to us.

As someone who has access to many places I can confirm its not. Like many businesses in America its booming. Guys become more savvy (e.g. using sites like this to gather intel because other options closed) and have more money to spend these days. Sadly its feast or famine with girls as well. I remember when the first COVID wave hit many girls complained about how slow it was. These days I've caught a few looking a bit overwhelmed.

Agreed Bia was my favorite. For some miracle i'm still hoping she makes a return.
