It never hurts to ask.
For example, I did not have a good experience with Vera at AW (I’ll post a review later tonight).
I kindly mentioned it to Sally (MMS) and she gave me a refund. I told her that I do not need the money but she insisted. It took no more than five minutes total.
Another example, I mentioned to Bebe who is the MMS at 7 Star about the provider (Candy) because she looked like a hobbit and Bebe offered me a partial refund and extra time for my next visit but I told her to keep the money and it was not necessary.
Don’t get me started with BMW but same thing. lol.
All you have to do is ask. Simple as that.
