Assman has been known to decline extracurricular activities for a plethora of reasons. Not in the mood, turned off by provider, negotiations may have soured the moment, etc….
However, when the provider offers and Assman turns it down just “because”, he still gives 0.4 because the provider is counting on the extra tip. It’s not her fault he wasn’t in the mood. If he declines based on something she’s done that spoiled the moment, she gets 0.2
Not saying this is how everyone should do things, just what Assman does.
No way is a provider getting 0.4 for legit unless it’s an absolutely amazing TM. And basic no frills service gets 0.4. Not 0.6. You need to do extra for extra. Only fair.
If someone pulled this business with Assman, he looks at it like this…it costs you a little bit more to never give them your business again. And hopefully other mongers will follow suit and take a stand against this BS.
Thanks. Assman can scratch Skippack and Hillcrest off the list.
