Very unfortunate to be happening at Sasy
Same thing happened to me my last visit there. And same old line, “I’ll make it up to you next time”
Hasn’t been a next yet !! LOL
At least I had MMS come in to finish cleaning me up and help get dressed.

You did the right thing and let them know how you felt. Maybe some other member who is close the the Emo can explain to her that it is not good business practice.

I was shorted here recently too. The place has gotten very busy. This business strategy is an end result of high demand coupled with maximum profits in mind. I am sure Nicole has the final say regarding her appointment schedule. These shorting events were definitely cleared by her as well. Lets not fall for the lies. As a business, they are chasing profits into the millions as aggressively as possible due to the realization that there is small window of time and opportunity to make such robust profits.

I was shorted here the last 4 times but by 10 minutes not 20! The only reason I’ve been going back is because it was a very good time… but I think may be taking a break for a while

Should definitely avoid it if there’s bad treatment but keep in mind, skimping on too only hurts the providers and we all know they do not control the schedule.

It’s better to just not make an appt than to tip poorly because of it
