For future reference HE is usually 40 or 50 tip. FS is 100 or 120 tip. This is basic service, the more you want the more expensive. You can always negotiate.. Of course YMMV as always.

At the end when it obviously didn't happen, once I got to the door to pay I just gave her $100 bill. She tried to say that I said I would pay more , but I cut her off and said but you didn't hold up your end. So it ran me $100 opposed to $160
