You 100% got bait and switched. Lisa does not believe in or practice the way you received. Plus no C's on Lisa either.

Happens all the time there. If you haven’t seen Lisa before and don’t recognize her when you ask for her, they ignore your request and get you started on the session. Half way through, it’s too late to back out of the HF and they they still churn out mongers. Yeah, maybe they lose you as a client, but there’s no shortage asking for Lisa!
