Nice review. I haven't been here but knowing their sister shop is EG309 and the shorting is all too common there.

It's a tough situation. Usually I accept it myself as long as the session is good. As I have said before a great 40 min session beats a lackluster 60 min everytime. But the key is the 40 has to be GREAT. And sounds like with your situation was just ok. Hopefully next time you get full time and it's outstanding.

Thanks Jim - yeah I was even thinking of confronting MMS on it but realized she is likely driving the shorting of sessions. I regret not pulling her aside and going on the record. I am with you on the 40 vs 60 but I don't like feeling like I'm just a two-legged wallet that needs to be emptied and removed for the next one coming in.

They are the sister location of EG and EG has been doing it for years and they will never stop. Unfortunately this looks like it will be the same for this location for those of you who live in the area

Just a quick comment though, 1.8 is pretty low these days in the suburbs, it has been that way for a while if I recall. Also the one benefit is if a spa is popular it will attract very good providers
