Yes, it's the old Blue Spa. Upstairs, the door on the street still has the small "spa" awning. Last time it was reopened it only lasted a few weeks.

It was raided and shut down. Some story about a woman being across the street at a hot yoga class and seeing her man going into the spa. Probably an urban legend. It has reopened at least twice since then. Let's see how long they last this time.
