I hooked up with her three times in late 2019/early 2020. The first two times she was great but the last time she burst into tears almost as soon as came in the room, crying about how she was about to be homeless. (This was in early March right before the Covid lockdown) We started but she got upset and didn't let me finish. The next night she called me asking for a ride. I told her no because I was an hour outside the city and she started cursing me out. I blocked her number after that. I don't think she's a bad person but she needs a lot of help.
She's sort of like the Philly low-rent version of Lindsay Lohan.
Ruby (aka PrettyLilRedhead aka Jackie) has been around town for awhile. I first ran into her back in 2019, she has tended bar at a couple of places, never for long. Also worked at a store in Liberty Place. At first, I thought her problem was just alcohol, but it became clear things went deeper than that. She has family in the Poconos somewhere, and they've tried to help, but mental illness is a tough customer. She's been in a couple of facilities since the spitting incident, doesn't seem like anything has helped.

There's a difference between judgmental and telling it like it is. Guys have thankfully offered candid information about their experiences with Ruby as a way to warn others. This is valuable information. Whatever the cause for her behavior, it's not fun for Suburban Joe to trek to her location, drop his pants and then she starts speaking in tongues.
