I'd say 15 minutes is half-marathon'ish. Nice review. Haven't tried Royal before but I always appreciate a good, uninterrupted rub.

One thing to note, they are right next to a nail salon, maybe a door or two over. But I’ve been there about 12-14 times and have never had the provider leave to go talk to another customer/answer the phone or ghost me for extended minutes mid-massage.

That's a good place for ya...nothing worse than the provider playing secretary and bouncer. I will check them out when I'm in the area. Thanks again.

I have occasionally had the ghosting problem; not really ghosting, but inconvenient interruptions.
I had made an appointment once with Gina at Royal, arrived on time, and she parked me in a room and told me that she would be back in 5 minutes. It was more like 20 minutes, and I guess the other customer was having a bit of trouble reaching the Promised Land.
She didn't offer any explanation or much of an apology, but at least she gave me my full time afterwards.
It seems that they sometimes do overlapping bookings, something like the airlines who used to do a certain amount of double-booking on the assumption of a certain number of no-shows.

Thanks for the review. I actually scoped this place out when I was getting Texas Roadhouse takeout nearby on route 40. Lol. Wanted to see how on display I’d be walking in. Seemed ok. Maybe I’ll go this weekend.

Royal is a great place for a good TM. Not a big turn over on ladies there

There are no expectations at this location. They are grateful for the tip provided, at least to your face, and keep things moving. The older ladies understand that where they may be overtipped by one customer they’ll be undertipped by another and it all washes in the end.
If I feel the way I wanted to feel or better post-session I’ll tip accordingly. If I don’t feel what I expected, it’s reflected in the tip — just like at a restaurant, a crappy waitstaff gets corresponding tip.

I agree with Dr Fitz... These ladies are long timers. Many are married and live in the area with families. Their TMs are excellent. Some climb up and walk on your back too, which I love since I'm a hard cracker. I've asked for more than standard finish from many of the girls and they tell you, "not here." I always tipped $40, and left very relaxed. Therapeutic at its best!
