The soft tissue vs bone is very obnoxious. There’s no way to really describe it in the moment either. You have to accept the provider has poor technique. Good review & no worries as we all forget to grab name.

You must have gotten Linda. I was also there had a similar experience. I called and asked for Grace but she wasn't there anymore. I was told by handler try Linda she's great but I have a different opinion.
