Yeah, at 350 it becomes enough of an investment that you need to be very sure about what you are getting. Honestly, for most of my weekly rotation, I do not need that level of certainty. I'd rather pay 100-150, taste a new piece to see what it is like and enjoy the thrill of trying something unknown. If I am looking for a special celebration or rewarding myself for something once in a while, then I could do the 350. But I have had dates even more expensive than that go south occasionally. So really it all comes down to your risk tolerance. Do you like to play 4 hands of $100 each or 1 of $400?
