Ridge was my go to for the past two years before they recently changed management but like you I had a few bad experiences and I'm now done with them which suck b/c they were so close. Ridge is Inconsistent and no one can replace Lilly from last year.
Started going to EG based on post here , went for the first time two weeks ago and have been twice since. Service , skills and experience is at a higher level. Only draw back is, I never get the full hour, b/c they are busy but that ok, once i get my HE I'm ready to go anyways. I always go early when they open to be the first of the day. Also this place has a dedicated MMS who lightens the mood too, cracks me up.
Saw coco recently and Jenny, highly recommend

FYI,,, you're not looking hard enough for Lily. Do some more reading on the site you will find her. And she still is at that location occasionally
