Is this the place behind the building, the entrance just opens up to a set of stairs? I drove by late July or early August, and I thought the place looked like it was closed up and vacated. Is this place still open, and accept walk-ins? Thanks.

I'm gonna reply to my own post. Haven't been on this site in over 3 months, and just spent the time reading back to that date in the forum. Seems to have been under renovation when I drove by, which would explain why it looked closed up.
