Sounds like a nice session, but IMHO, your tip was way over the top. You had agreed to a half hour session with her half hour rate. Just because the session went to an hour doesn't mean you need to pay for that hour, plus another 20 on top.
This is a purely financial transaction and should be treated as such. You shouldn't pay an extra 120 because she let the session's time expand. Happy mongering

She’s increased her rate. It’s been a year since I saw her last for a hhr and I paid .80 less than the rate above for a lackluster session. She’s been consistently decent prior to that. Has rules, most importantly she isn’t a girl you’ll be able to pound if that’s your thing. She like it gentle which can be frustrating when you see how thick she is. That kitty is tight too.

If I have agreed to buy a service for 180 and just because the proprietor let the time frame lengthen, I'm not on the hook to then pay 300, the 180 which I agreed upon is still in play.
It has been reported in this thread that the girl increased her prices by 80%. Over tipping on top of this just compounds the issue.

There's always going to be mongers who over tip because it somehow strokes their ego.

If you need to over tip to stroke your ego after you got stroked elsewhere, that's on you. If it makes you feel like you're helping out someone down on their luck, depending upon the situation they are probably bringing home substantially more money than you are.
